Why You Youth

This site was a lot of fun to build, it was the first time I ever used Flash along with HTML (at the time still in its version 4). The site was build to promote youth camps carried out by Ananda Marga (the organization I was a monk for 6 years). It was launched in time to promote a youth camp in Switzerland at the time, I was very excited to send the link by email to all the potential attendees. There was some really cool animation with music made in Flash and a “how to get there” map as well, also made in Flash. I got really confident using an old WYSIWYG editor combined with Flash, and felt really good about the response. It was mostly for the fun, but I knew I just had to continue doing web design!
